At Sterodrop, we believe ordering online should be simple, secure, and hassle-free. This guide answers the most common questions about how we package, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.
1. How will my order be packaged?
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. There are no labels or external markings that indicate the contents of the parcel or identify you as the customer.
We take privacy seriously — our packaging is designed to protect both your confidentiality and the integrity of the products inside.
2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your region and the warehouse fulfilling your order:
- UK Warehouse → UK: Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1:00 pm (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends ship Monday for Tuesday delivery.
- EU Warehouse → UK / International: Approximately 14–21 days.
- International Warehouse: Approximately 14–21 days depending on destination.
Please note: No dispatches are made on Saturday or Sunday.
3. What if my delivery date has passed and I haven’t received my order?
While Sterodrop takes every reasonable step to ensure timely shipments, delays may occur due to:
- Supplier or warehouse backlogs
- Public holidays
- Postal or courier disruptions
- Incomplete or inaccurate shipping details provided by the customer
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted at checkout. Please double-check your address details before placing your order.
4. What happens if my order is lost or delayed for a long time?
Orders are considered lost if not delivered within 28 days of placement. However, investigations may not begin until a reasonable timeframe has passed, as delays sometimes resolve naturally.
Customers are responsible for contacting our support team if an order appears lost or excessively delayed. Refunds or replacements may not be processed unless this procedure is followed.
